Living Word Cafe is a small devotional ministry. This page explains how refunds work for the resources we offer, so you always know where you stand.

Free downloads

Many of our resources, including printables, reading plans, and phone wallpapers, are completely free. There is no charge, so there is nothing to refund. Please download and enjoy them freely.

Digital products (ebooks and journals)

Our paid ebooks and digital journals are delivered electronically and can be downloaded immediately after purchase. Because of the instant, digital nature of these items, all sales are generally final.

That said, we care more about you than about a sale. If something has gone wrong, please reach out within 14 days of your purchase and we will make it right. We are glad to help if:

• You were charged but never received your download.
• The file is damaged, corrupted, or will not open.
• You were billed twice or charged in error.
• The product was significantly not as described.

In these cases we will gladly resend the file or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Paperback and Kindle books

Our printed and Kindle titles in the Women of the Bible series are sold and fulfilled through Amazon, not directly through this website. Refunds, returns, and delivery for those books are handled under Amazon’s own returns policy, so please manage any book order through your Amazon account.

To ask about a refund or report a problem with an order, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number if you have one. We aim to reply within 2 to 3 business days.
